Petit déjeuner très bon ,quelques améliorations seraient à faire : davantage de viennoiserie ,eau fraîche ,
Diner moyen en demi pension,
Personnel charmant ,très attentionné ,toujours prêt à aider et renseigner .
Wellness très bien ,il manque juste quelques fruits et des boissons .Magnifique piscine .La Junior suite est très belle avec une immense terrasse.Rapport qualité prix correct .
Recharge payante pour les voitures électriques pour les clients de l'hotel ,c'est dommage car sur un séjour de 1000 euros ,ce serait un geste commercial apprécié ,avec le nombre considérable de capteurs photovoltaîques de l'hotel ,je pense que la recharge ne coûte rien .Exceptionnellement la recharge m'a été offerte et je remercie la direction .Pratiquement tous les hôtels de forêt noire offre la recharge à ses clients .

Enjoy a lot. The only drawback, we went to the thermo source a bit late around 7 pm and the water was not really warm...

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Therme liegt quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Hotel, Service, Zimmer, Essen u.s.w. alles sehr gut..

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einladenden Ambiente und sehr freundlichem Personal.
Gefallen haben mir sehr die Regalevund der offene Schrank mit reichlich Plastik-Bügel (hätte auch aus einem anderen Material z.b.Holzvsein können) für Kleid und Hose neben der Dusche in einem seperaten Raum 👍Das Zimmer war gemütlich und im Bett hatten wir j 3 Kissen in verschiedenen Größen.Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich bestückt und man bekam zusätzlich Omelett,. Rührei- und Spiegelei. Es gab verschiedene kleine Brötchen und Crousin und Brot und Toastbrot und Kuchen sehr reichlich.
Tee, normaler Kaffee im Känchen und es gab einen Kaffeeautomaten mit verschiedenen Kaffeevarianten.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, Wellness Bereich ist Grandios.
Für ein 4 Stern Hotel... Erwarte ich mindestens eine Wasserkocher im Zimmer und/oder eine Teebereich im Spa! Sehr Schade.
